1. Who we are

Nitronex Digital (also shown as NitroXDigital) is a digital marketing and creative studio based at Education Network, Liaqathpur, District Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. This page explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

2. Information you give us

When you fill in the “Send Your Project” form we receive and store the details you type:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your business or brand name, the service you are asking about and your budget range.
• Your project description, plus your website and social media links if you choose to add them.
• The date and time your enquiry was received, and a reference number for your enquiry.

3. Information from the Nex voice assistant

Our voice assistant, Nex, starts after you tap and allow microphone access. It can speak in your language, open public pages and fill project details you provide. You can review and correct those details before explicitly asking Nex to send them. Submitted details are saved and emailed to our team, just like a manually completed form. During a call, our AI service processes audio and conversation text. When a call ends we keep a short record of that call:

• How long the call lasted and which page you were on when it started.
• Which pages Nex opened for you during the call.
• The same anonymous browser reference described in section 5, so a call can be matched with an enquiry you may send later.

4. What we do with your information

• Reply to your enquiry, send you the confirmation email you asked for, and prepare a proposal or quote.
• Keep a record of enquiries and conversations so we can follow up and remember what was discussed.
• Filter obvious junk and automated submissions before an enquiry reaches our team.
• Improve how the website and the voice assistant are used, in aggregate rather than by studying individuals.

5. Cookies and browser storage

This site does not show advertising and does not load advertising or social-media tracking pixels. We use one small item of browser storage on your device:

• An anonymous visitor reference (stored under the name “nnd-visitor-id”) that is a random code with no personal details in it. It lets a Nex voice call and a later contact form submission be recognised as coming from the same browser.

You can remove this reference at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Doing so does not stop you from using the website or submitting the form.

6. Spam filtering

Every enquiry is checked automatically for signs of junk, such as known spam wording, unusually many links, temporary email addresses or invalid phone numbers. Flagged enquiries are kept so the filter can be reviewed and corrected, and a copy is sent to us marked as spam so nothing genuine is lost.

7. Who else sees your information

• Our website hosting and database provider, which stores the information for us.
• Our email provider, which delivers enquiry and confirmation emails.
• Our voice and AI service, which processes Nex calls so the conversation can happen in real time.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers. Staff at these providers may process data only to deliver the service to us.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiries and call records are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of our work together — normally up to 24 months. If you ask us to delete your details before then, we do, except where we are required to keep a record by law.

9. Your choices

You can email us any time and ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected if it is wrong, have it deleted, or ask us not to contact you again. We will act on your request without charge. If you would rather not speak to Nex, simply do not tap the microphone button — the rest of the website works the same.

10. How we protect it

Access to enquiries is limited to our own team, the private leads area requires a signed-in owner account, and the website is served over an encrypted connection. No method of storage is completely risk-free, so we keep only the details we actually need.

11. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this page we will update the date below. Continued use of the website after an update means the new version applies.
